Did you know we are a registered parkrun practice?

We support patients who wish to be involved in parkruns across Suffolk. 

In 2024, 28,194 people attended parkrun in Suffolk completing 155,010 runs. Additionally, some 2218 people volunteered at parkrun across Suffolk. 

With an average of 2980 people taking part each week in Suffolk parkrun it continues to make a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of the residents in Suffolk.
